Bagelen...well, almost there :D

10 small buns or brioche, cut into 2
75 gr butter
75 gr margarine
75 gr icing sugar, sifted.
How to:
Mix butter, margarine and icing sugar until incorporated. Spread generously on 1 side of the bread. Bake in 150C for 15 minutes.
Tips: For whiter colour, substitute margarine to shortening.
